Hardik Mehta is a globally recognized leader in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management, bringing more than twenty years of experience advising and transforming some of the world’s largest technology and financial institutions. Throughout his career, he has pioneered the integration of risk, compliance and security directly into product development and operational strategy, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments while accelerating innovation at scale.

He currently leads the Global Risk and Regulatory Compliance Program at JPMorgan Chase, where he oversees the modernization of cyber, technical and operational regulatory frameworks across more than forty countries and supports the incubation of emerging AI technologies through industry-wide resiliency initiatives. Previously, as Head of Cyber Risk Management at Uber, he developed AI-enabled predictive risk strategies that unified digital and operational risk across the enterprise. As Head of Risk & Regulatory Compliance for Microsoft Azure, he played a key role in embedding compliance into cloud infrastructure, advancing AI governance frameworks and supporting the integration of responsible AI principles during Microsoft's early AI transformation initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Hardik led PwC’s risk consulting practice across ten APAC countries and held senior leadership roles at EY, RSM and ADP, advising organizations on regulatory transformation, technology integration and enterprise resilience. Combining deep technical expertise with executive-level risk leadership, he provides Blackrail Group with strategic guidance on cybersecurity, AI governance, regulatory readiness and operational resilience, helping ensure that next-generation defense and intelligence technologies can scale securely, responsibly and in alignment with sovereign and industry requirements.
